SpinSci’s Patient Access Care solution suite drives patient engagement while optimizing clinician workflows. The solutions leverage tight Electronic Health Record (EHR) integrations to drive efficiency and improve access:

  • Patient Notify delivers Electronic Health Record (EHR) triggered omni-channel notifications to patients reminding them of appointments, pharmacy refills, referrals and other activities. These notifications can help reduce no-shows and cancellations which can lead to improved productivity for providers allowing them to avoid significant gaps in patient care.

  • Patient Engage allows patients to manage many of their own workflows including scheduling appointments, paying bills and managing prescriptions. This saves time that clinicians may have to spend on non-patient care activities and provides the patient with on demand access to these workflows at their convenience.

  • Patient Assist provides contact center agents/triage clinicians with a complete 360° view of their patient through real-time integration with their EHR. No longer do they have to spend valuable time looking for a patient’s history, medications or schedule- it’s all at their fingertips without the need for any further keystrokes.

  • Patient Register promotes a safe and “touchless” experience for the patient registration and check-in process supporting a ”virtual” waiting room. Patient Register allows patients to actively engage with their providers before entering the front door. Patients can complete their required registration and screening documents via their mobile device and remain in the safe confines of their car until their provider is ready to see them.
